This happened after I accidentally enabled CBA in the expansions. I have completely uninstalled ARMA 2 OA and deleted the steam directory files and the documents files. It still returns. I have also tried editing what mods I launch with. I even got on my old pc and put CBA folder back in my directory that included the files that said were missing.
